Gaffigan and Chicago Theater
We had high expectations for the overall event, not knowing who was opening, never seeing Tyler Ballgame live, or being to Chicago Theater. The venue was great, not a bad seat in the house, easy to access and move around. Ted Alexandro opened for Tyler Ballgame and was a great comedian, seating everyone and there was plenty of concessions. His humor was in line with Tyler's on being clean, funny and he really connected with the audience. Tyler Ballgame then came on and proceeded to blow everyone's minds on how he talked about his life, especially his wife's brain tumor. Tyler Ballgame continues to be one of the funniest and personable comedians today. Only Tyler could make a major life event personal, funny and leave everyone experiencing it like they were part of his family. I will be looking him up in the future! Even when he does older material, you laugh reflecting about the first time you heard it. Not everyone wants to be part of his family with all of his crazy kids! Our expectations were met and surpassed by all three! The Chicago Theater did a great job of seating everyone and there was plenty of concessions. I hope that Tyler Ballgame can continue to tour and share his life for many years to come!
